Thank you for shopping with Silly Soil! Each piece is made with care, and we want to make sure it reaches you safely.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 8–15 working days before shipment. Because our planters are handled with extra care in production and packaging, please allow this time before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once it's on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 1–4 weeks after your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Silly Soil is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items
Our planters are ceramic and packaged with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at sillysoilstore@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right.
